Singularity Books is a small, individual publisher based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. While our books are available for purchase globally through third-party retailers, these Terms and our operations are primarily governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States.

The Singularity Books name, the tagline “The moment before, when anything is possible,” the Singularity Books logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Singularity Books or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Singularity Books. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

All purchases of books and other products are made through third-party retailers. We do not process payments or handle shipping directly from this Site. Your purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and shipping policies of the respective third-party retailer. Any issues regarding payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, or refunds must be resolved directly with the third-party retailer. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction).

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Indiana, in each case located in the County of Marion, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. International Use and Compliance

Singularity Books is based in the State of Indiana in the United States. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States.
